Oliver Müller has 20 years of European and international experience in source-to-pay consulting and business transformation, managing large-scale service delivery, low-cost country sourcing (LCCS), and pre-sales. He brings extensive knowledge in the source-to-contract and procure-to-pay domains, with hands-on experience leading projects in strategic sourcing, LCCS, procurement operations, contract management, and supplier relations. Oliver excels in driving business transformation initiatives and establishing processes that deliver client-focused, high-impact solutions. He leads end-to-end delivery operations, manages teams, stakeholder relations, client expectations, and oversees key contractual metrics, service-level agreements, and continuous improvement initiatives through digital automation.

Oliver has worked with and consulted for a range of European and global companies across sectors including pharmaceuticals, energy, aerospace, IT, food and beverage, consumer goods, and high-tech manufacturing. His client experience spans Europe, the Middle East, North America, and Asia.

He began his career with a boutique consultancy in Switzerland and went on to hold leadership roles at companies like Siemens, Capgemini, and PwC before joining Arroyo Strategy as a head of operations.

Oliver holds a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering and an MBA in international business from the University of Zurich.

A nature enthusiast, Oliver spends his free time hiking in the Alps, exploring historical sites, gardening, and photographing wildlife with his family.

Elena Fischer is a senior manager with over 20 years of experience in the source-to-pay and business transformation fields. She has an extensive background in European manufacturing and consumer goods, where she has led complex procurement transformation programs that deliver significant cost savings and enhance process efficiency to lower total ownership costs for her clients. Elena has also managed project management offices for indirect sourcing initiatives across categories such as contingent labor, travel, IT equipment and software, financial services, facilities management, and marketing.

Jim Coleman has over eight years of experience in procurement and supply chain management across diverse industries, including chemicals, industrial manufacturing, telecommunications, software, and energy. His expertise is rooted in direct and indirect sourcing for multinational manufacturing firms and utilities. Martin has led various projects and teams focused on category strategy development, strategic sourcing, inventory management, and supply chain analytics.

Martin’s skills also encompass contract management and negotiations. Before joining Arroyo Strategy, he gained experience in procurement and supply chain roles at companies such as Siemens, Bayer, Ericsson, and Veolia. Currently, Martin leads a Arroyo Strategy team responsible for category management and strategic sourcing for indirect services at a major European energy provider.

Martin holds a bachelor’s degree in engineering and an MBA from the Technical University of Munich. He lives near Munich, Germany. Outside of work, he is passionate about rock climbing, trail running, and playing the guitar. He enjoys composing music and exploring the Bavarian Alps with his partner.

David Heller is an accomplished procurement professional with over 15 years of strategic consulting experience. David began his career in London within the media production industry and has since held roles in cost analysis, financial management, procurement technology, managed service delivery, and independent procurement data analytics consulting.

David has worked with clients across a wide range of industries, including manufacturing, retail, consumer goods, automotive, finance, healthcare, and utilities. He thrives on collaborating with stakeholders to enhance procurement processes and implement effective change management strategies.

David holds a bachelor’s degree in business management from the University of Manchester. Originally from London, he now resides in Surrey, UK, where he enjoys playing and watching rugby in his free time.

Emma Johansson is a supply chain professional with over 16 years of experience. His passion lies in delivering research-driven consulting solutions that empower clients with data-backed insights.

Alex Sitkoff has over seven years of consulting experience leading and supporting complex consulting engagements for multiple Fortune 500 clients. He is armed with a strong background in strategic sourcing, contract negotiation, and vendor management, and has a track record of delivering tangible results through optimizing procurement operations and value creation.

Alex began his consulting career with Accenture, where he drove procurement transformation initiatives in multiple industries, including oil and gas, aerospace and defense, food, and beverage, automotive, chemical, and industrial.

Alex holds a bachelor’s degree in supply chain management and international business from Duquesne University.

James Carter is a seasoned professional in procurement, supply chain management, supply chain planning, technology solutions, invoice optimization, inventory, and project management. He started his career mastering the full procurement lifecycle before moving into consulting, where he applies his expertise to complex supply chain programs across various industries.
